To use the website and the game or start a communication with us, you are consenting with the data collection and required disclosures of your data for the technical, financial, marketing and regulatory purposes.
Data processing by our company is regulated by this Privacy Policy only. Linked services and products are regulated by their own Privacy Policies which are not related to us, this site and the game. Please, always carefully familiarise with the conditions and procedures governing the processing of your personal data, before consenting to share it with other parties. We will inform you about any significant changes in the procedures described in this Privacy Policy, notifications will be posted on our website.

2. Description of the Information Collected by us
2.1 alteration.io collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available: the browser type, language preference, referring site, plugins used and the date and time of each visitor request.
2.2 We also collect potentially personally-identifying information: Internet Protocol (IP) addresses.
2.3 We also collect potentially personally-identifying information if you participate in the company’s webchats, communicate with our AI chatbot LOKI, share your communication with LOKI via your twitter account, company’s social media, or start an email exchange with the company: your nickname, emails and texts in the chat are recorded.
2.4 We do not provide voice support and do not collect records of this type of communication
2.5 Public blockchains provide transparency into transactions and the company is not responsible for information broadcasted on a blockchain.
2.6 Your login credentials and your communication in the game is potentially personally-identifying information which we collect and store.
2.7 We may request your personal data if we have to comply with regulatory requirements: your name, address, DOB, ID requisites, copy of the ID.
2.8 Our chatbot records all your chats with it and stores it indefinitely, the bot does not link your communication to your game profile.
2.9 Your comments and messages in our social media are governed by our policies and the policies of the messaging or social platform being used. You are consenting by signing to our social medias to receive our messages and notifications and acknowledge that we may use your messages in our social media.
2.10 In case you decide to share on twitter your communication with our AI chatbot LOKI you acknowledge that you are using 3rd party software - Firebase and adhere to the Terms and Privacy Policy which govern the Firebase (firebase.google.com).
2.11 You acknowledge that we keep records of your communication with chatbot LOKI shared via Firebase, shared communication will be logged, stored and linked to your Twitter ID.
3. What do we do with your Data, how we keep it safe
3.1 From time to time, Legend Has It s.r.o. may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
3.2 Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how alteration’s visitors use its website.
3.3 We do not use IP addresses to identify our visitors, and do not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances when we are to disclose personally-identifying information, mainly to comply with our regulatory requirements.
3.4 Your information may be used in the following ways:
- To improve the the website and the game;
- To personalise your experience; and
- To communicate with you.
3.5 Legend Has It discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of project administrators, employees, contractors, and affiliated organisations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Company’s behalf or to provide services available through alteration.io, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others.
3.6 Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organisations may be located outside of your home country; by using alteration.io, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.
3.7 Legend Has It will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to project administrators, employees, contractors, and affiliated organisations, as described above, Legend Has It discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, if you give permission to have your information shared, or when Legend Has It believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Legend Has It, third parties, or the public at large.
3.8 If you are a registered user of an alteration.io website and have supplied your email address, Legend Has It may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Legend Has It and our products. We primarily use our blog and webchat to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum.
3.9 If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.

7. Information Not Collected
7.1 Unless you communicate any other personally-identifiable information about you on social media platforms, 3rd party media, or otherwise, we are not collecting said personally identifiable information.
7.2 Your blockchain public address can be collected, and we would like to highlight that transactions that take place using blockchain are confirmed and managed via the blockchain, and public address is visible.
8. Legal grounds for data processing
8.3 We rely on one or more of the following processing conditions:
- our legitimate interests in the effective delivery of information and services to you;
- explicit consent that you have given;
- legal obligations.
8.2 Legend Has It s.r.o. complies with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (The General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). We are as well committed to subjecting all Personal Data received (as well as from European Union (EU) member countries, EEA (European Economic Area) and Switzerland, in reliance on the GDPR as mentioned above.
8.3 We are committed to protect integrity, confidentiality, and availability of your data. We collect and keep only necessary information, we keep the data only for as long as needed (1 year after the account is inactive), and you can always order us to download, update, disclose or delete the data.
8.4 Personal data is destroyed after the expiration of the storage periods specified in Inventory during 3 months after the expiration date by a secure method, without the possibility of information recovery.

9.1 This policy may and will be edited and updated, you will be notified upon your visit to the website if a significant change is taking place, you might be asked to renew or update your consent.
